PiZzA PaRtY

Today I was hungry for something yummy and since my husband was having a rough day, I decided to throw on my Betty Crocker hat and see what I could whip up. In my attempt at creating a yummy dinner I decided it would be for my own good (and sanity) if I taught my ever-loving hubby of 5 months how to use the big, sCaRy, intimidatingly white machine that rests atop our fridge known as the breadmaker (cue scary music segment). His first attempt at this challenging task resulted in a soupy, off-white mixture that somewhat resembled glue. After a little coaching and encouragement Kyle got it right and the dough was complete! While he went off to donate some pLaSmA, I grabbed some alfredo sauce (yes in a bottle, I wouldn't want to put Betty to shame so early in my "wife life"), a couple chicken breasts, bottled tomatoes, and the crowning ingredient.....dadada DAAAA Cheese :) Here's some documentation of the pre-oven project:

I called in the rough and rowdy ragamuffins known as Jordan and Wade--who double as Food Critics in the house of Muir. The timer on the oven rang in harmony with the doorbell. I opened the door to see Jordan and Wade turned around to wave at Kyle as he pulled up....ahhh Perfect Timing. (top that Betty!)

And the result of my slave-labor?? Chicken Alfredo Pizza a la Muir Oh and did I mention that I stuffed the crust with cheese? Ya, I'm that good.

It must have been good! Next time I'll just have to make more!
